Users subscribed to the Amazon Cloud service can simply right-click on any folder or file, and from the Context Menu they can easily send their files and complete folders to the Amazon Cloud.
This also syncs their Cloud-based storage accounts with specific files and folders. The Context Menu support only works if you’re signed in to the service.
2 – How To Sync And Stream Your Music On The Cloud?
Some Cloud Storage services are highly proficient in syncing multiple media files, such as music, videos, e-books etc. However, we suggest you use iCloud or Google Music.
These services allow you to drop your media files directly to your Cloud Storage folder. And, by installing the Cloud Storage client, you can access your music collection from multiple computers.
Depending on the size of your media collection, you might want to buy some additional storage, as well. You can also set your Cloud folder as a default playlist when you open your favorite media player.
Google Music allows users to store up to 20,000 songs free on its storage, and on the purchase of any track or album from the company’s music store, Google doesn’t count it against your storage limit.
3 – How To Send Your Documents To The Cloud By Default?
If you are using Windows, and you want your My Documents folder to sync with your Cloud Storage folder, then here is how to do it. We will use Dropbox for this task.
All you have to do, is open My Documents folder, go to Properties, select the Location tab, and set any folder from your Dropbox in that place. Once done, click Apply. This will also enable you to move all your old documents to Dropbox, as well.
From then onwards, whatever you save in your My Documents folder, will automatically show up on your Dropbox Cloud Storage folder.

If it’s an iPhone then iCloud automatically backups, your cherished photos that you don’t want to lose. iCloud offers to backup- up to 100 photos and sync them across your devices.
Windows phone users too can have similar features via SkyDrive. However, for android users, Dropbox too, has just launched its automatic photo upload feature on its Android app.
Ubuntu one also provides Android users the ability to store and sync their photos automatically.

Once you have made your “my documents” folder synced with your Cloud Storage folder, you can then set that folder as the primary location for all the files your download off your email client. In this way, you will never have to worry to find a single attachment.
The “Send to Dropbox” feature of Dropbox also lets you save all your incoming email items directly to your Dropbox folder.
This feature saves all of your emails with folders and subfolders that are marked with complete senders ID and the date they were sending on.
6 – How To Send URLs Directly To The Cloud?
If you come across any downloadable file or document on the internet which you want to save without a manual download on to your Cloud Storage folder, or if its complete web pages that you want to save.
We suggest that you sign up to the Dropbox URL Droplet feature which lets you do just that. However, don’t be concerned about security. To inhibit any potential security threats, Dropbox uses its API to protect your cloud password.
